    Hi guys,

    I have just recently got results of an mri telling me i have torn my anterior cruciate ligament. Naturally I was devastated as I play soccer and football regularly and the idea of 9 months with sport is hell for me.

    I recently heard that you can go a route which doesnt require surgery where you just build up the muscle around the knee. I play as a goalkeeper and I'm considering this option as I'm soon back to college and need to be available to play in order to be eligable for my scholarship.

    Has anyone any experience with this method? any comments will be much appericated!
