My cat has started making strange crazy meowing sounds and has also begun hiding under my bed.. I've noticed her 3rd eye (in her eye socket) is also showing and that her fur has become a little duller. I'm really worried and will be bringing her to the vet, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has experienced similar…

No idea but she doesn't sound well - vet sooner rather than later I think.

Vet ASAP.
Also, I think you mean 3rd eyelid, unless you have a really unique cat
