Any recommendations for radio stations in Melbourne? Looking for something like TodayFM and NewsTalk back in Ireland.

So far have ony found a selection of very similar stations all playing current chart music, and where it appears to be a requirement to have at least 2 DJs on air at all times.

not sure what your circumstance is but if you can listen to the radio at work then check out www.listenlive.com.au , and there is also an app called tunein radio if you have a smart phone.

Triple R 102.7 - Community radio station with little agenda, great music and some great honest discussion on subject matter that you wouldn't find on any of the other commercial radio stations.
A great one for finding out what's going on in and around Melbourne too, check it out.
