Hi there, Thinking of renting a house in EastWall. Had a drive around by day and it seems grand, pretty similar to where I've lived in the UK. I've heard /read conflicting opinions about Eastwall and would appreciate your opinion. I just want a place where if we keep our wits about us we'll be okay. I know nothing is guaranteed anywhere esp in a city but just don't want to live in a place where I am extremely likely to get mugged, hassled by groups of youths or my car burnt out! Would it be safe for us to walk home from town? My husband is English. Do you think UK reg car and a UK accent be okay in these parts?
