Do you consider yourself as being a free human being that is not controlled by anyone/thing??
It's great how it seems that you actually support corruption & theft an fraud within the government, but yet when it comes to thints like the drug gangs etc. You'll have a good bitch about it an say how much of scumbags they are.
I suppose you like the fact that the same "government" that's suppose to represent us the people have put so many people that has worked hard for their house out on the street with their kids? Sounds about right in what type of thing you are really

off with you then .. find a little island away from government interference and where you can live free. Just try figure out how to live without all the stuff that the government provide and society ensures we have ... you know ... running water, electricity, fuel, energy, waste treatment, economics etc ..

while you are free running around the trees and eating berries and slugs .. you won't have to worry about those pesky Rothchilds and their currency which they force you to use to buy stuff.

Ironically the non Doctor's conviction was over a similar attempt to "arrest" the Judge by his claque, in Birkenhead the rozzers arrested the fmotl loonies, not the Judge, and one of them ended up serving 12 months, while the instigator, having wound up the sans culottes, made a tactical retreat.

Manning now upset his Appeal to the Circuit Court listed for the next sessions on the 10th February, he feels this is a move to deprive him of his right to appeal to the Supreme Court which is the appropriate Court for him(as apparently he is a lay litigant of exceptional importance )

    From The Hubcaps.
Seems that in contract law writing U.D. (under duress) beside your signature negates what you are signing if you decide afterwards that the contract isn't to your liking. That's exceedingly handy to know.

    GOLD DUST. PLEASE SHARE.
Getting a lot of reports on a daily basis about County Registrars and Judges ORDERING distressed mortgage holders to submit Standard Financial Statements (SFS) and meet with banks, lenders and vulture funds to sign new contracts.
If you find yourself in this situation, be very careful.
Feel free to copy and paste the following 'suggestion' should you wish:
    1. Take note of the date and time that the CR or Judge instructs you
    2. Upon meeting any solicitor or arrears support unit manager on behalf of the lender/ alleged lender, put them on notice that you are doing so 'under duress' (Very important for later tort and litigation)
    3. If you feel compelled to sign into a new contract by the CR or judge, just put the letter U.D before you sign your name.
This negates the contract in the future, should the terms and conditions become unreasonable or difficult.

You will also have the time, date and copy of the order that the County Registrar/Judge gave you under duress.

It's only a matter of time before they invent the concept of "Under Durex" where these magic words protect you in ways you couldn't imagine.

Also worth pointing out that this is straight out of the Freeman 101 playbook even though The Hub totally 100% don't believe in that kind of nonsense, they stick to the finest lawyerisations.

Of all those gards and judges that he's issued summons to, how many were ones who he's "met" in his legal escapades?

About as many as you'd believe!
Curiously Manning believes he is entitled to bypass the Court of Appeal and appeal his many failed attempts to Judicially Review the prosecution against him straight to the Supreme Court, unlike other less important litigants

No because we have a publicly funded health system.

What I am driving at is the whole legal aid system is screwed up where it should be helping these LIPs.

Since last September Legal aid is freely available to LIPs who are facing Court bids by the Banks to take their family homes but the advice from the Freeman type organisations is to go it alone as they claim all lawyers are corrupt fat cats in league with the banks. The real scandal is that charlatans like the Hub are allowed to lead people down the garden path

Wow that's great free legal aid to lodge your defence and fight your case, and here was I thinking there was only a voucher for €500 which we all know is not worth a toss, have you a list of legal firms that will look after your case in full, thanks

There's free legal aid for initial advice, and to defend the case if there's a credible legal defence, if there isn't such a defence there is also free PIP advice, there's free legal aid to have a Personal insolvency arrangement approved by the Insolvency Judge, there's free legal aid to challenge the refusal of a creditor to agree to a PIA that would leave you in the Family Home, but there isn't free legal aid to defend the case on Freeman grounds. By the way the solicitors who sign up to the scheme have to accept the initial fee set by the scheme as full payment for assessing the case and any possible defence. If they find one they get paid more to actually defend the case.

It's been a while since we've heard from Tom D'arcy's partner Brian Reilly, but he has some events planned for the coming weeks. I wonder does he have any forthcoming legal appointments that might require a distraction?

It looks like his previous attempts to construct modular housing in a less-than-altruistic manner have failed and he's jumped bandwagons.

Newstalk this morning had a piece on a few of the "friends" of this thread.

Jerry Beades and Ben of the clan Gilroy were amongst those featured.

Sounds like they are planning to re-start the auction disruption tactics again, as well as vague threats around "occupying" offices used by "vulture" funds.

Any update on Ben's personal repossession proceedings? There were a few dates in Trim court last year but I haven't heard anything since.

He tends to ramp up the public profile in advance of these.

News from the UK where the BBC aired an investigation this morning into paid McKenzie friends (sound familiar?) and the messes they've left in their wake. It turns out one was recently jailed for perverting the course of justice in a family law case.

Seems like this guy had a real "full service" operation going with his partner falsely claiming for be a clinical psychologist and writing reports on behalf of clients. She also phoned in bomb scare to a local synagogue in response to a playground row. Lovely people.
