Has anybody heard of this Peter Herron chap? And anyone know who the 'McKenzie Friend' speaking for him is?

Kicking a sick pensioner out of his house and changing the locks seems to be a new low for the Freemen on the Land.

Don Quixote and Sancho Panza (Manning and Granahan) are appealing on social media for a "fearless" lawyer to represent them- who will ride to the rescue of these dweebs in distress?

They are not loosing their residences ... they are engaged with the legal system, are totally in over their heads and are on the look out for a legal professional who will agree with them. A bit like looking for a astrophysicist who believes in Adam and Eve

For a significant amount of people who borrowed more than they could afford, until recently "[losing] their residence" was probably their best option in some ways. However, the fact that these people are not (for the most part) now taking advantage of the fact that they are unlikely to be in significant negative equity (or at least less negative equity than previously in areas outside of the cities) is baffling.

There is also a big difference between challenging repossessions properly though the courts and the law and what these freemen loons are doing.

Once again, the siege of Kilmuckridge has given rise to a High Court Judgment.

As reported, Jerry Beades and Ben Gilroy have "lent their support" here, with little success.

Over 40 appearances in the High Court. 3 sets of (unsuccessful) proceedings to challenge the appointment of the receiver. Only now is an Isaac Wunder order being threatened.

Issac Wonder was mentioned by the judge ... hopefully more of these being issued

All the cribbing creeping and moaning regarding these guys taking on the banks and vultures , people must have too much time on their hands ,
Go try investigate why the new property bubble is being rapidly inflated, hint:

I think the moaning is about the false hope and calamitous advice that they are giving people.

I'm sure if you search other forums on this website you will find most of the posters here discussing the issues you refer to.

If anything, the inability of the vulture funds to repossess properties efficiently is adding to the bubble.

But your post reminds me of :

Man has put Maghaberry Prison in Antrim up for sale claiming ownership. I'm not quite sure of the Freeman link though there does seem to be a lot of self representation in court and there have been previous cases with his relatives regarding loans on neighbouring pieces of land and various other incidents over the years according to google.
Though what most likely points to a possible freeman link is Ben OTF Gilroy calling him a friend and doing the usual callout for support if anyone is up that direction.

It all looks a bit crazy.

The lads in the Hub are all up in arms about being ignored on RTE last night; apparently they had been interviewed for the documentary but were left on the editing room floor. All one big conspiracy or did the documentary makers just realise they were just talking nonsense? up to you to decide.

Meanwhile in the hot bed of Freeman-ism; the grey North East ...

I haven't had my ear to the ground recently but I did spot the headline of the year. You can trust the Americans to take something daft and turn it up to 11.

There's a fair bang of freemanism off of this pair's attempts to weasel out of their debts...
the last instalment made by them was a ?200 payment on July 1, 2013.

She said the McMahon?s had claimed the bank?s bid to re-possess their home had fallen short because it had failed to note in its evidence what time of day its affidavits had been made and sworn

The defendants had also accused the bank of reckless lending which, the judge said did not exist in law, and alleged that the terms of their mortgage contract had been unfair. She said there was an onus on anyone signing a document to read it before doing so.

The hub are jumping on the Irish times report saying they have conveniently left out all the legal arguments which The couple put forward.

Even to my non-legal eyes the report clearly shows that the couple had the usual pysudo-legal arguments all of which were dismissed by the court.

Anyway ... a few of the Hubbers are on holidays in Spain and badly need more supplies and donations ... so please support

I think it's safe to say given how animated they've become about this, we can assume who they went to for "advice". Chalk another one down for in loss column for the famously unbeaten Freemen.

Some zombie arguments re-appeared that have long since been disposed with; reckless lending and securitisation.

Anyone been following the latest carryon of ACT? Nearly exploded when the Jobstown Defendants told them not to protest outside Joan Burton's house. What a bunch of imbeciles.

Apparently Stephen of the Family T Manning was yesterday awarded two months of porridge eating in the Castlebar branch of the BAR. I'm not sure if it's a new sentence or his initial one from earlier this year but his friends are promising us videos of how corrupt and unfair the judge was so we can see for ourselves.

It was actually this morning, but all are saddened by the tragic loss of his towering intellect to the community comforted only by the thought that no doubt he will spend his time in Castlerea Prison educating the inmates in his successful Freeman tactics....
