    Any link Whippet....I have a particular dislike of benny gimproy.


    Although he alwayd reminds of the eagle from The Muppet Show(not sure why tbh) :pac::pac:

    I thought that I had read that the Lord and Lady are up in this week against Pepper. However this Byron and Adrienne Jenkins are using a legal firm to defend their case so it can't be our friends.

    It's all tied into the McQuaid proceedings where Ben filed his famous "secret societies & cloaks" affidavit, leading to a finding of criminal contempt and the community service order.

    It's obviously a matter Ben feels strongly about because from the filings, he's dropped the best part of €300 on Court filing fees for various affidavits and motions.

    All I can see is a simple update from one of Ben’s supporters “after an absolute brilliant performance by Ben the Judge will reserve judgment and will notify parties in due course”

    Did any one actually hear what happened ?

    The Judge and Legal team gave a standing ovation.

    The echoes could be heard from the Phoenix Park.

    The Judge was so over whelmed that he had to retire from the bench until tomorrow morning.

    Allegedly, that is.

    There were 2 interim orders made at Monday's sitting.

    I am unable to confirm until the order is perfected what actually happened.

    None yet but last months case is up where Ben was added  "Allied Irish Banks PLC -v- McQuaid & ors" .

    What is good here is that there is a link to Bens own submissions on it and submissions by council. 
    You can see why some people follow him, as his submission sounds great and list loads of legal principles, that are correct, however Then you see Council submissions that straight away show that none of what Ben has submitted has any relevant's to this case and how Ben has continually ignored this.

    The lads email addresses are interesting on that appeal submission .. @themorrigantrust.com and chargesettlors@gmail.com ... mr Gilroy is also a director of the morrigan trust !!
