Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    what version are you using?

    try updating to newest version 1.6.3

    or

    if you are already on 1.6.3 try uninstalling latest update.

    Are you getting the yellow exclamation point in the bottom right hand corner of the screen?
    I'm not even getting that, chat seems to have disappeared altogether and I can't even see which friends are online. Anyone know how to solve this or if it's a facebook error

    Nope just the loading circle appearing and not getting any further than that.
