    WTF is afternoon tea,a couple of deserts and a few cups of tea at an overrated price .
    Cannot get over that chef,never worked in that environment but that chef is a bully and in any other sector would be rightly dressed down.
    The pedistole that some of these chefs put themselves on is laughable,they are chefs not surgeons.

    The chef might be coming across as a bit of a ....... but....

    You need to work clean
    You need to watch your wastage
    You need to follow a recipe
    You do not challenge authority
    You keep your head down, do as you're told, get it out as specified by your head chef and get it out on time.

    Do they want to learn or do they want to be wrapped in cotton wool to get the shock of their lives in the real world?

    Kitchens are not play grounds folks. It's tough at the top.

    she never said she has a problem with rachel allen, just that she hates her accent as, i suspect, everybody does but that doesn't mean everybody hates her! . . . .hang on a minute, is that you rachel? A simple 'yaw' or 'nuu' shall suffice
