    Your account is activated, there should be no issue. Are you sure viewing at the forum level when looking for the new thread option? Can you get a screenshot otherwise?

    Alt+printscreen to capture the contents of your current window and then paste it into any image app, MS Paint etc will do, and save to a file, JPEG ideally rather than BMP.

    Then you can attach it to the post or embed it with the instructions in point 10 here:
