Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just a quick question about this. How many places are there on this course(Ck401) and are they always filled? :)

    Approx 110 started last year. Not sure what the quota is.

    The fact that the points changed for the first time in years (300 -> 315) probably suggests that the quota was reached.

    I remeber being told by a lecturer when I was deciding on my course that in previous years the points were artificially kept at 300 though they would have been lower if they truly reflected demand.

    I hope the demand is up. There's so many IT jobs out there and the lack of people is amazing considering the effects that other industries are feeling at the moment, IT is still really strong

    If the course jumped by that much I'd be shocked. I'd say you'll be fine though!

    i tried reading that link dude/dudette but i'm too drunk/tipsy to make sense of it. i i have 390 points so i presume i'm safe :L but thanks any way all newspapers should be an interesting read in the morning
