error trying to access EBS online accounts

Tried to login to account but just came up with error when tried to login, (could put in details but then it errored and would not login) anybody else have this issue with EBS online accounts if you use EBS online. someone who used EBS online login and let me know if they could get in, thanks.:rolleyes:
