Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, I'm just moving jobs and I know I got a gift for my principal the last time I moved jobs as a thank you (flowers). This time the principal is a male though so flowers wont work. Any suggestions?

a simple thank you very much? I hate getting presents because there is always a weird feeling regarding future jobs etc and keeping things straight

He gave me a full time position just out of my PGDE in a difficult climate so I would like to express my thanks with a small gift as well as a card. Its not an expectation of the future etc, in fact I chose to leave the school even though I could have stayed for another year of a career break. RPT contract has more hope for the future however!
