Hey folks,
I am looking at starting a new venture and am having trouble defining the company/organisation structure.
The bare bones is that it is a company/organisation that puts money back into the community financing projects in tourism .
To apply for grants from the arts council etc I presume I would have to go not for profit, but an integral part of the idea is to start other business in the area for tourism and preferably have ownership of them.
Sounds complicated I know any tips
