Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Bike set up

After messing around with changing stem length seat height and handlebar height I decided to go for a proper bike fit. I went to Richies in Swords and had Frank spend 2hrs going through a very in depth and comprehensive set up. After going out with the swords club today I was happy to report that this was the first time in two years I never felt any lower back pain.
Very happy and would recommend Frank to anyone.
The only thing that annoyed me was that this was something I should've done when I first started cycling.
Don't assume or mess with changing things yourself. If you're not comfortable on the bike get a professional bike fit with Frank!

€100 for bike set up & €30 for orthotics for bike shoes.
    Well worth every penny.

What are orthotics? Are they insoles for the post London riots generation?
