    I requested the fast bank transfer service which they said they would charge 25c for. Transfer took about 4-5 days and no charge deducted

    Um, what's happened to the ability to withdraw? In my Withdraw tab, I have the amount I can withdraw etc. but no options to do so. Is this the same for everyone?

    I'm having the same problem as well, submitted a request weeks ago but yet to receive a reply! guess they are playing trick to pay the cashback to their members! :mad:

    I logged into my account today and saw that four claims are being investigated and that one was verified. There are three still pending, nothing has changed with them.

    It seems I also have €14 pending cash back too, no idea when it will be available to withdraw though.

    I also placed an order for House of Fraser today and got an email straight away confirming tracking of my order and how much my cash back is.
