Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm a TEFL teacher and would like to show a short film (30-50 mins) in class this week. I was wondering if anyone has used short films in class and could recommend one I could use (I'm not really a film buff)!

It's years since I thought EFL but I had some great classes with Mr Bean! I know it depends on the age and language ability of your students but Mr Bean has almost no dialogue so you can great mileage out of it letting the students supply the dialogue, working in pairs, as a written exercise etc. it might seem a bit dated now but they always enjoyed the Mr Bean segments and so did I!

Can't think of a short enough film but maybe an episode of a suitable sitcom that they would enjoy or documentary about something they're interested in.
