    A 10th lobby is where you go to a hacked lobby and get tenth prestige on Mw2 or Cod4 etc and Im pretty sure an infection is when people hack their Xbox's with JTAGS to host 10th prestige lobbies, have Aimbot, super jump, etc Well whenever you visit a hacked lobby or a lobby where the host uses hacks, you get something called an infection, which is essentially having certain mods/hacks on your Xbox till you get off.
