Does 2mm really make that much of a difference or is it a placebo effect.

Not ridden 25 before but most say it does feel more stable, and the rolling affect is negligible. 5-10% more contact with road can''t be a bad thing for descents

Saw my LBS with PowerGels as buy 2 get 1 free. Seems to be a PowerBar thing rather than the store itself, so it's probably in your local store as well. Haven't seen it online anywhere though.

I looked at this last time.

I think it breaks down like this
    3.26 powerbar tabs
    13.07 high 5 race pack
    19.29 isogels
    19.49 cliffbars
    55.11 total

Those are wiggle prices, I didnt shop around.

You save about 5e, which is just grand, but handy if your looking for exactly the stuff in the offer.

I've also been finding very slow delivery from UK shops in recent months......very frustrating,
wouldn't be ordering from UK mainland if I need something urgently,,
ordered stuff from rose bikes in Germany recently and had it less than four days of placing order....
wonder are UK shops using cheap courier services to keep costs down.

The shipping from UK has always been slow, usually 4-5 working days as minimum. You get stuff faster from Germany.

but can only order 2 (or that's all that's left in stock) and min purchase is 15e.

    update: they're gone.
