Sportful Fiandre Light NoRain Short Sleeve top for less than €50 in Large and Extra Large. If you pay in GBP, it's about 49. If in euro it's 51.

There are 7 left in both sizes. It's an absolute steal. I've the long sleeve version and it's brilliant. Like a lighter gabba (without pockets though) to be worn over a jersey. It feels wet, but in fact always keeps me warm and dry. My favourite bit of kit.

Similar enough, however, I find it slightly more forgiving. My Gabbas, are both XL my Fiandre's are L but I'm borderline on both anyway.

Just put my cube road bike on it,seems sturdy also put on old Jupiter hybrid on after and again and was ok .for any road bike I would say it will be grand.

That stand was never a €49.99 one or if so not worth it. Aldi/Lidl one looks more robust and practical (folding)

I bought one today... It's quite sturdy with my 12ish kg bike. The legs at the back are set up so it can go right back against a wall which is handy... Can't go too far wrong for 15 quid

I bought 5 bottle of this a while back. It's dreadful in comparison to the Muc-Off, now I know it's only €1.49 but it's really not worth the price tbh, unless you have a use for the large spray bottles. Better value to but the concentrated Muc-Off

I use it all the time and think it's great. The Muc-Off is a complete rip off and I found it works just the same. Although I rarely let my bike get really dirty. €1.49 is great value.

I have car wax on my bike I get stick from the lads cos it always looks brand new. The muc off I find leaves it sparkling where the dealz stuff leaves it dull and you have to scrub.

I suppose it also depends on the finish your bike has so what works for some etc...

I use the dealz stuff on my MTB all the time. It great for loosening ingrained mud and grass/leaves etc. I spray it on, leave it for 5 min and hose it off without the need to scrub anything.

Speaking of dealz I was in for a few bits earlier unrelated to cycling and spotted they actually had a mini cycling section , gloves, glasses, a mat, mudguards, pumps, inner tubes for 1.50 in various sizes..... I backed away slowly ...... unless .... na there's no way the tubes are worth a punt are they ?


I do use the bike cleaner myself and it's grand for light cleaning or just after a spin , not great for a weeks worth of crud on her bike though.

On cleaning supplies, best value degreaser for chain cleaning anyone? Have a chain cleaning tool so does not need to be sprayable. Halfords have one @ €12 per litre which seems steep enough.

If you insist on degreasing chain this works out at €5/L

Cheers, might just clean with a rag and lube as degreaser is a bit of a pain in the hole and a quick google just told me it's not essential as I previously believed.
