Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So it's about time I organised another photowalk, this time in Kinsale.

Sunday 28th August is the day as, not only will we have Kinsale itself to photograph, but there is also a military fair on in the town on the same day.

So post your interest on this thread and we'll take it from there. :D

I'm unsure at the moment, but will try my best to get down to it!
Any idea of what time we'd be looking at?

We'd choose a time that would be good for everybody. No point in having it when no-one can make it. When's convenient?

Just bumping this as it's on this Sunday. It would be great to see more Boardsies there, so come on - let yourselves be known and commit to going to Kinsale this weekend! :D

For those that are going to Kinsale on Sunday, we'll meet at 1pm by the Tourist Information Office. If anyone wants my mobile number, just send me a PM.

Change of plan we'll be in kinsale for 11am. We can arrange to meet at 1pm at the Tourist Information Office for anyone who feels 11 is too early! :D

Not too sure how long. We can decide that on Sunday and work around that. Necronomicon has to leave by 4 but myself and colblimp will probably be there for a while longer i'd say. If you pm Colblimp he will give you his mobile and we can organise something more definite. Will you have any problems getting there?

Sorry I missed this one! Looks like it was a good day out, some great shots.

Does it bug anyone else that the uniforms used in re-enactmnets are always so clean?!

It was a great day, perhaps you can make the next one?

Actually, no. The uniforms were kept pretty clean by troops in WWII, although obviously in winter it was a different story.
