Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm afraid it's a countrywide story. My principal is sitting on an interview panel for three days for one English maternity leave.

Ah yeah I know, it is just terrible when you don't even get a rejection letter!! (Again, I do know they can't send a letter to everyone).

I received a prompt email from a Principal to inform me that I didn't make the shortlisted, but I really appreciated the effort as they had over 300 applicants. It's hard to believe the universities will still keep accepting English and History students for teaching conversion courses when there's such an over-supply already.
