Urine on Carpet

Hi all, Tenant was broken into and says the robbers must have peed on the carpet and the smell is killer. She got the carpet cleaned but the smell remains. We are broke and out of ideas, any ideas? Thanks

Was in a surfing shop in Dingle recently, saw a product for wet suits appropriately called 'piss-off'. Might be worth a try.
