Kid will learn the art of BJJ, restraint,discipline. BJJ can help them improve their motor skills,balance, agility and speed.
BJJ is also a sport with rules and regulations.
Kids play BJJ in the same manner that they would play any other sport, this makes it fun and challenging.

Class times are

Wednesday:5.00 PM
Saturday:11.00 AM
