Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What would my frame be worth?

Thinking of selling on my frame in a while over the winter but not sure how much to be charging.

It's a 54cm focus mares cross frame 2010. 7005 aluminium with carbon fork. In perfect nic only abt 600 km on the frame and never crashed and never put through a cross race.

Been researching cross frames on t'internet and they're all clocking up over at least 600 without fork and upwards.

What ya reckon I should be asking?

Difficult one as it's a niche market. Also aluminium frames deprecate quickly.
I'd say ask 500 or 495 and try to get as close to that as you can. I think putting ibn an asking of 600 will just put people off bidding.

    Maybe the MAD forum http://www.madmtb.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=5

Or the MTB ireland forum might be a better place to ask.

I wouldn't think it's worth anything near that. €250 would be a good return IMO.

But ultimately it is worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it.

I'd a been thinking around the 300 mark my self. People see 500 and they shy away immediately. Il throw it up on the other forums mentioned and see what they say. Cheers
