    I find the whole idea of miss Ireland repugnant, that is to say the miss Ireland competition is only skin deep , i never see the teacher, engineer etc etc splashed across the papers.

    I find alot of the contributions to this thread a bit repugnant

    well tbh, i didnt look at all the pics, just picked a few out of the group photo & thought 'my christ'. the oompa loompa look doesnt do it for me, regardless of how prevelant it is in the media/street/everywhere.

    the girl from cresslough (miss seat) is actually quite pretty - i retract my original 'rough' statement from applying to her ;)
