    Can anybody recommend a rifle scope or website containing quality rifle scops. My budget is around €100

    Your not getting much in the way of quality for 100euro to be honest. Might be better off going secondhand with that budget.

    But try

    http://www.scopesdirect.co.uk/

    and ebay and donedeal is always worth a try.

    Edit: If you could stretch to 250-400 then you open up a wealth of good scopes. But at 100euro your options arent great to be honest with you.

    Or try Deben

    Theyve got scopes from 40euro and up and with suppliers in the north you could have next day delievery.

    yeah you will pick up a 4x32 HUNTER for around that price, not very big but good value for money.

    For that money you'll get a Hawke with adjustable objective and illumination.

    Great scopes for the money.

    This is a perfectly good scope and is ideal for bunnies or fox.

    Great Cheap scope:

    I have the above for 3yrs, great scope for GR Shooting, and Sill's, Only down side there are no Target Turrets, but all you need is a White Pen, I've Zero'd in for 10/15/20/25/50/60/77/100 approx for GR & Sill's, used for Hunting as the Field of View is wide @ 10/100mtr.

    For shooting;
    10mtr use 4 power
    15mtr use 6 power
    20/25 use 8 power (as 10 power is plury)
    50+ mtr use 12 power
    using the diff powers helps with range finding, at the shorter distances.

    Also have the below;

    Great Target Turrets which I'd recommend on any Scope, Heavy scope on a .22 especial Offhand unsupported. great for Bench or Prone long Distance shooting. Field of view at 10mtrs is small, need to be sure of your target as that’s all you'll see.

    Hope this helps, learn for others mistakes’, if I was doing it again,
    I’d get a lighter 4-40x60’ish with Target Turrets and Parallax side adjustment,
    Or another Rifle just for Prone/Long Distance shooting
    G.G.H.

    Fifa,
    Welcome to the forum.

    We all started somewhere. I for one did not have the do$h to throw down on an expensive scope so I understand where you are coming from.

    If you can scrape a few euro together there are some GREAT scopes to be had: Burris Fullfield, Nikon Buckmaster, Redfield, and Bushnell.

    If you have to keep it cheap, I have found Tasco's to be fine based on a price to performance. I think I still have one or two on a 22LR, so they are not that bad.

    22's are not my game though. I would never put a fine piece of glass on a 22LR. Those that are into the game, would probably never go without a fine piece of glass.

    Anyhow, with a basic Tasco, like this, you won't have to worry about the 22LR losing zero due to recoil.

    Tell us about what you want to do and we could help more.

    In general, big targets need little magnification and little targets need big magnification.

    Slan
