Hi, I'm looking at renting a room in Stoneybatter/Phibsborough from the end of august. A friend has advised waiting as she reckons landlords will be putting the rent up until the new students are sorted.... anyone think there might be something in this? (I can prob do a short term rent until Oct if this might be the case).…

if you can just relocate once, its less hassle than moving twice.
