I'd love to meet someone in the area for a walk , cup of coffee and a chat etc. I moved here only a few months ago, and had my first baby 6 weeks ago- so would love to meet new people in the Renmore area.

You should definitely head up to the 'Renmore Parent Toddler Group'.

It's an almost free (I think they collect a euro or so for coffee & biscuits) group that meets up with babies/preschoolers. Mostly mums there & a few dads. They meet every Wednesday during the school term - it should be restarting in September. It's a great way to meet up with local people & the kids (who are old enough) have a ball. My wife will be heading back to it in September.

The position on the map on that page is slightly wrong. It's held in the community centre beside the kingfisher gym on Renmore Avenue.
