You should try contacting the college as soon as possible, I applied around this time for college in DKIT and got a space, however this was 6 years ago and they were looking to fill up spaces in the course I wanted.

It may be different now.

i done the same 2 years ago, had an interview and started 2 weeks later than everyone else but it was fine
