hi all, I am ready to buy but I am doing this on my own so wouldnt be 2 well up on mortgages. At the moment I have sent everything to AIB (First Time Buyers) so waiting for them to get back to me. I have been googling a lot today and the likes of mortgages.ie and Bluesky are coming up a lot? Has anyone gone through these?…

As noone has replied you might get more help over here. I was looking around there the other day and concenus seemed to be to shop around use the banks online calculators and go from there.
