Eircom 12meg broadband

I've just installed an Eircom 12meg broadband package. Download speed of 6megs, which is fair enough but the upload is an atrocious 350k! I should have read the small print - eircom 'promises' max upload of 1.1meg on that package. In fact that appears to be the max upload on any of their packages. I need a much faster…

I need a much faster upload capability, does anyone have advice. Is there a better package with Eircom or should I use another provider?

I'm based in an office in Dublin 2 if that makes any difference.
