    Hi Ant/Tony (Eircom)

    We got upgraded to the new zyxel router and it's rumoured we had our broadband speed increased.

    The box is a disaster in that every few hours it goes wonky and the internet connection goes off. We didn't have that problem with the old router.

    Also, we are not getting the enhanced speed. I'm based in Dublin, Raheny.

    Would you mind checking it out for me?
