    I am looking for info on the newport cyclepath. Is there any fee required to use it and where in Newport is it. Is there anycycling clubs in the area.

    It's free. Ask anyone in Newport and they'll direct you. It's not really a bike club sort of ride, more a family day out. More info in Cycling

    Greenway is free. Because of access issues you leave the old railway line east of Newport, go through the town, and rejoin the railway lline past the garage on the Mulranny road.

    Thereis a cycling club in Westport. They do training spins at weekends. Also substantial number around Westport take part in various triathlons, Gaelforce etc,

    The Greenway is for more relaxed touring cycling, safe for children.. Not a racing area.

    Its free. Part of it goes through our land just past Newport.
