I'll book my flights on the 13th as per the date.

I don't really care when you book em, it was a general notice just in case people where waiting on Chunkis - which is never a good idea :pac:

End of the day this wait is pretty silly.

Brighton, UK October 21-22nd Ponycon 2011.

Tuesday my GF said she was going with a friend, wednesday she had flights and accommodation booked. We've been sitting here for weeks waiting for a hotel name now. This ball needs to get rolling.

No idea, probably depends on the day you decide to book your ticket cause when I checked last Friday with the same times and dates it was €113.12 with one checked bag

Dude Aer Lingus have a big Carry On limit, so I don't see the need for check in. 3 Tshirts, 2 Jeans, Socks and Jocks, Pad/Stick and Xbox could well fit in a bag if packed right.

    Trust me, I'm a doctor.

  • Registered Users Posts: 4,229 ✭✭✭Dreddybajs

Yiz should split the cost of a checked in bag between ye so you can bring an xbox along without any hassle.

Lads how does this look for Accommodation?

    http://www.aivengoyouthhostel.com/

It's in the center of Amsterdam, and it seems that Weesp is not that far off.

Also 18 euro PP,PN, so for 3 nights, total would be around 54 euro.

    99.18 Flights
    54.00 Hostel
    30.00 Tournaments

193.18 Grand Total for the trip

I'll book mine tomorrow if at least 4 others say they'll go.

The cost of the trip will be a bit more then that though

What about transportation to Weesp and to/from the airport?

    Hostel seems pretty cool though

I meant grand total for the trip as in flights and accomodation, and tourneys.

If you wanna get technical, the entire trip will run somewhere around, i dunno, maybe 300, 350? Can't be any more than that.

3 so far including myself [Xinkai knows more about the 3rd guys situation]

You should totally come and enter the MK9 tourney

All the traveling [excepting all the food and good stuff] accommodation and tourney entry will set you back just under €190

So €250 for a pretty comfortable trip over and back
Hell If you win the MK9 tourney you'll get your money back even make money

    For 60 or less participants:
1st place: 50% of the prize pool.
2nd place: 30% of the prize pool.
3rd place: 20% of the prize pool.

    example with 60 participants:
    1st place: 300eu
    2nd place: 200eu
    3rd place: 100eu
