And garrrrrrrgh I cant figure out how to save a word document as a pdf.Stupid lecturer wanting it in this stupid format!

File -> Save as, and see if you have PDF as an option in the "save as type" box at the bottom of the resulting window.

It dosen't have it as an option.'ll just email the lecturer tomorrow and remind him of how crap I am with technology.

Download and install this. It creates a fake printer on your computer. You print off that one and it saves it as a PDF

hopefully it works,though me lecturers do seem ok with the fact I can do fack all with a computer.I guess I must have them broken down at this point!

You probably don't have Adobe Whatsitsface on your computer.

It works a bit differently though, as when you have it installed you actually go to Print, then choose "CutePDFWriter" as the printer, and it should sort you from there easily enough.

This exam is worth 80% too. I can see myself having to repeat it. Stupid work taking up all my study time. For once it isn't out of laziness/procrastination that I haven't studied, I literally haven't had time. :mad:

I'm close to giving up on Facebook... or at least close to blocking at least half of my "friends" from secondary school... especially the one who keeps putting up a string of statuses that read like this:

8pm: OMG worst day ever, just wanna curl up an 4get evrytin.

Do it, you won't miss it. That's my biggest gripe about FB atm. The likepages used to be a little funny, now it's all the same tired okes over and over again and they clog up my newsfeed so much. If twitter had IM-ing and more than 140characters it would almost be the perfect system.

I didn't mind the on facebook ones where they just came up small and showed all the pages someone liked in a list, but the external ones that are a seperate post each time are just head wrecking.

Although I gotta admit, there have been a few funny ones

Facebook is intrusive as hell (ESPECIALLY FOR PPL LIVING IN THE USA) it just amazes me how many use it AND DONT CARE!!
