In your opinion, is she a good presenter?
Ah Dublinman1990, we are only ten minutes into the programme yet, it is too early to say.

However, I do think she gives her own opinion a little too much. I think a good presenter should appear objective at all times.

Vincent is a great presenter and we're never in any doubt about what his views are!

Why Oh why is that fcuking Mammy O'Rourke on the t.v. again, she sickens my a*** looking at her. When she was in politics she was completely useless. Get the old witch off, she has made enough money in her time and should be confined to the part of history we want to forget.

Just tuned in and wondered why a panelist was looking to her left all the time? , sounds like she's interviewing herself half the time, jumping in and cutting people off just to show off her knowledge.

better than sam smyth and the barnardos guy..ZZZzzzzz

Bring back Ganley... seems like he doesn;t have any other work to do anyway, despite the fact that he's an archetypal megalomaniac multimillionaire supervillain

I'm not usually a fan of Gerard Colleran (Managing Editor - Irish Star) but I thought he did a brilliant job the last time he stood in for Vinny.

I have a feeling that the lady from the Cork Independent is a friend of Dearbhail's. This is turning into the 'Invite a buddie along' show.

The show is definitely not sponsored by Slimline.

I see that Fintan O'Toole is hosting for this week.

Fintan O'Toole is hosting tonight, I see.

Mixed him up with someone else.

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,415 ✭✭✭dublinman1990

Fintan is a better structured host of this programme.

He is miles better than the likes of Sam Smyth.

Is Peter Matthews really a F.G. man at all? He seems too nice and down to earth for that party.

Good programme tonight, the Sinn Fein guy made a good point about the property tax, up north they get something in return for paying it.

Down here we would still have to pay for our rubbish collection etc as well as having to pay a tax on our home that we all worked hard to get in the first place.

lol. in fairness to the vin man, he does grill all with equal glee.

my prob with vinny was that he'd run off into the wilderness screaming like at headless chicken, long after his point was achieved/ made/ put forward, at times.

Vinny B is still on his holiday's. He should have 1 more week for next week.

It is Fintan's slot for this week. And than; Noirin Hegarty is for next week.

    Abortion.

*Reaches for the "Off" switch*

I will miss most of it tonight.

I am watching Targeting Bin Laden on RTE 1 now.

    I've said it before.

It is impossible for Irish people to have an informed, rational and reasoned debate on this topic.

I have yet to hear, read or see one.

Lets hope tonight can be different with O'Toole at the helm.

Although I fear it will turn into yet another shouting match.
