So im guessing you're not a fan of Zach...or maybe i picked that bit up wrong. He's only young and i hope he isn't following this thread.

He's an actor on a soap therefore open for criticism and should expect same. Don't tv critics judge actors all the time?

Anyway, I too think he's a crap actor.

Are we getting a new character as in Pete and Keith's new roommate?

Zach's acting in that 'fat tart' scene was absolutely terrible. It was so cringy. I could not stop laughing when he came out with that line though. Hilarious.

I have to say though I would like to have been Tommy Dillon when he was in bed with her. Something really attractive about her.

Hope you have a speedy recovery.

I thought Zac's line, the one that was apparently add-libbed, was brilliantly delivered. Maybe it's not the acting, maybe he should be allowed to add-lib more. He has not been in many scenes compared to others so that could be why it's harder for him to settle into the character.

God Caoimhe is the worst actress in the world.... and the storyline between her and Decco is completely unbelievable..... but damn she does look good in a tight dress.. :D

Haha RTE can't even get the credits right

2 nights in a row Deco Bishop is listed as Patrick Fitzpatrick. PF plays Zumo.

its no wonder there are so many 'fat tarts' in fair city. they have a very sedative lifestyle as none of them seem to work and they spend their time going from the hungry pig to vinos to mccoys..............in fact it seems that christy was very foolish expanding his shop, no one cooks in carrickstown, they only eat out.

surely you knew Barry is in batman? Why do you think he left fair city? Also Jo left to be in the new sex and city movie, eileen bishop left to judge american idol and bella was the first choice as charlie sheens replacement in two and a half men

Deccos letters to his family ffs he shows them then says destroy them after upsetting everybody. He is looking for sympathy. He could have gone on protection and spent 23 hrs in a cell and he would not have been attacked.Decco gets a job in the hungry pig and thats where the scouls ex worked Loius son whatever his name.I would rather flip burgers than sell robbed jewelry.

I have a good feeling waynes gonna buy a car this week and sell it. Lucy will hover around menacingly and maybe ask Bob for an afternoon off at some stage for some reason or another.
Vals son is gonna scam everyone into giving him money for investment. Christy is gonna lose the shop and will have to sleep in Shauns car.
Wasnt Decco supposed to be leaving ? Maybe Vals son will have to kill Decco to get back in with Mr Flynn.
Also happening : Zumo gets a life or a friend instead of molly coddling his pansy family all the time. I remember when Xavier used to beat Damien and steal stuff . Ever since his family have started to be filmed he just runs around helping them and giving them cans of cheap beer.

Does anyone else shout out the make of the beer whenever you see one.

Caoimhe is going to move on to Zumo and if Denzo returns he too could be in her sights :p

there's a lot of criticism about the standard of acting on faircity. i think it is unfair. most of the characters aren't acting at all and just read the scripts as they are 'in real life'. i have heard a good few of them interviewed and they were the exact same as their characters.

i'm not sure if its true or not but i heard that faircity was originally set up as a fás scheme (or was it anco)

fair city was originally set up as an employment scheme for northside people who liked to live on stereotypes. It gradually took in people with lisps, actors who never would have an opportunity in the real world, kids who were abused by Billie Barry, fat tarts and skinny tarts. However as we see, now it is both a breeding ground and magnet for talented actors. An irish institution.
