Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

I recently purchased a Focus Cayo 105 2010 model and after a few spins im finding the riding position just a little to aggressive for me.
Im wondering is there any small tweaks i can make to make it less so?
if at all possible i would prefer not to flips the bars!!

If there are spacers above the stem you can raise the bars.

Or you can flip the stem and use your vanity as motivation to do some stretching.

Got some FSA Omega Compact bars.
Cheap and they made a big difference.
Not so stretched and smaller drop.. I actually use the drops now
Shorter distance going from bars to hoods (preferred this than changing to a shorter stem)

    Get a new frame.

Or just flip the stem. FFS.
