No, Subaru are only allowed to sell 1 for every 10 Toyota's sold (not sure if the 1:10 figure is correct but it's something like that). Sounds bizarre but there must be a good reason for it.

I thought it was the other way around, I thought for every 10 Toyota's sold, Subaru had to sell 1.
