no pic, but 08D8 (formerly of Foxrock) is now in Cork - saw it last week heading up towards Apple.......

on another note, I genuinely spend time considering what colour Veyron I'd buy if I won the lotto....................anyone else do this? (I also spend an inordinate amount of time on the Aston Martin car configurator tool)..............:o

Ha ha , I do the same. Aston martin, 7 series and CL class merc configurator. If they were counting ratio of number of hits on their sites vs car sales, they should have expected a whole lot more sales.

True, but that's not what I meant.

Here's why it would be ridiculous:
* There's a very slim chance you'll even get near the top speed so what's the point in buying one of the fastest cars especially since it's...
* Way too expensive, you can get a few nice cars for the price of 1 Veyron.
* It's not even that good looking car, IMO
* I'm pretty sure they're all LHD

I'd rather buy an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish for a fraction of the price or maybe a Porsche 911 GT3.

Speaking of, I have now covered 700 miles in the Primera I bought for €300 and it has yet to falter or miss a beat. So yes it is possible to get a perfectly drivable and reasonably respectable looking car for €300

My brother bought a Primera for €200 two years ago and it had like a month NCT and tax. No dents or anything.
