    Saw an absolutely MINT 740i one the way home from Dublin today, obviously couldn't snap as I was driving but jayyyyssuss it was clean. On Uk plates, cool reg too, something like SS JBB or something to that effect.

    Not on '08+ cars. There it's depending on CO2.

    An older fella came into the garage last week with an 08 one, asked him if he got it for da chape tax, he said not to talk about it :pac:

    That was bought by a guy who used to have an S4 the reg was MH 54, owned by a mate of mine now, who used to also own my old Bora.

    That's early 2008, so it can have either sytem, CO2 or engine sized based. Though if you're running one of those things the tax is the least of your worries.

    is it just me, or are there a AMG few S-Class's with early TS numbers running around. Seems somebody changes theirs on a regular basis and tends to go for the same model each time. Fair play to them.

    If it's got Alpina bages with black wheels then someone on this forum picked that up in the UK in the last couple of days. Gorgeous looking car, still very classy.

    No, you get the odd person staring at you to make you feel awkward but I usually stare back and then wave, makes them look like right twats.
