I was over in LA in 2005 and got a Mustang Convertible in Hertz. The first year of the retro look Mustangs. Loved it.

But the interiour was appalling compared to my Volvo C70 Convertible back home.

American car manufacturers aren't very good at interiour. Hence there is a big market of retrofitters and converters available in the states.

BTW why people put that horrible looking black mat on their cars - i dont like it anymore, it's everywhere now - i went to that toys 4 big boys and in front of me was driving Audi A6 Avant in black matt with nurburgring sticker on it, i get into show and there is a M3 and ferrari in black matt, the same dealer (onyx) has porsche turbo in black matt for sale - that color is everywhere now... if i'll change color of my merc - i'll change it for chrome
