Wasn't sure if I was staring in admiration or disgust! Taken in Letterkenny.

I really like those, I remember they first came out and people used to rip into them, but I don't see why exactly.

Just something about it for me, I thought it was fugly at first but I still couldn't stop looking at it made me smile all the same. Makes a change for me usually looking at avensis' and leons up here.

Boxy cars are very Marmite, people either love them or hate them. I love them, and drive one; my wife hates them.

I'd say the nct guys fought like fook to do that one..prob had to get the owner to show them how to start it...

    Yeah I'd say so.
Funny enough , a 1988 or so Capri was being tested at the same time as mine. The two lads testing it couldn't figure out how to do dip the lights in her. The owner (who was watching) had to go into the test area and tell the lads how to dip them.

That's not everyday view. Race car on public street. So loud...

And these guys are entrusted to certify the road worthiness of our cars..

I wonder what the story with the Mustang is.
How the insurance part of driving it here comes into is beyond me.

    ....

That car has been in Ireland a while now, passed me as if I was in reverse on the M7 over a month ago. I've seen it once or twice since.

How do you mean? You can get international insurance policies. In fact I've read that it's cheaper to get your car insured by an American company to drive here than it is an Irish one :p you need an American residency though I think.
