I'd get over the wheels, classic porches are one of the best examples of "you don't need 20inch rims with rubber bandy wheels for handling".

Didn't get a picture, but I saw quite a nice unmarked Garda car outside INIS/GNIB on Burgh Quay in Dublin. Metallic Grey 2012 Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCI Titanium X Sport (checked on Motorcheck :P). Motorcheck tells me it has 197bhp. Not bad for a Garda car. :pac:

Looked like this but in dark metallic grey.

My brother (who has a Ford dealership in Perth), just bought this 'old' Roush to show off next to his new Shelby GT 500.

Did I mention I hate him sometimes?



Also, being the HUGE Mustang fan that I am, I'm very happy having just moved here as I do get to see them quite regularly.







And all sorts of other old American muscle cars.

Yep, both love Mustangs and Skylines. He used to work at a Nissan dealership too, and got to play with loads of Skylines all the time too and go for track days and that kind of thing.

As a long time lurker here I don't want to come across as a whinger but this thread is just turning into bickering over pointless things like reg's and diesels. I know Ireland doesn't exactly have an abundance of rare or exciting cars, but seeing an old Toyota saloon or a Dacia isn't exactly something most people would consider interesting. Sorry for the rant but just my two cents!

Very harsh. On the last page there's a 3 liter Capri, Mustangs, Pickups and many more interesting motors.

While I do agree with you in regards to the bickering about other things, I disagree with you here. If someone wants to post a photo of a Carina II, let them because some posters will enjoy seeing it, and isn't that what this thread is about?
