Think i saw that in a garage with 2 cracked rims!!

If it's the same one then it is "just" a tarted up sl600...

It is a SL600 with Black Series body kit + some very bad/cheap looking wheels and of course two different size exhaust but the rest of job is done very good. The car was for sale few monts ago. There is few more photos of it on page 330 and 329: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056362586&page=330

That's a different car than the one I posted a pic of.
The one from my pic is 2004. If I posted the reg could someone find full specs :)

The one you posted is the same car. It has "SL65 AMG Black Series" badges but it's actually a 2004 SL600. The reg actually has "600" in it funnily enough.

Interesting car all the same, I'll never understand why anyone would feel the need to rebadge a V12 600 Mercedes to try and fool people into believing it's something it's not, it's an impressive car as it is.

After Audi ruled the headlines the past few days with they're crazi TT Clubsport, VW hit back today when they revealed their centre piece, the Golf GTi Sport. Basically, they've taken a Polo WRC engine, added 2 electric motors to get 395 BHP, kept the WRC 4WD system and wrapped it up in a sleek take on the MK7 Golf style. Personally, Id give Audi the win all day long but since Worthersee is basically VW's festival I cant shout that very loud!!!

I am usually a huge fan of developments like that. But that looks atrocious

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,388 ✭✭✭ofcork

Unfortunatelly not. I heard it might be LaFerrari but never know.

    Looks like its a zonda!

    That golf just looks wrong

Tone that down and it's probably the new scirocco. That has the makings of a nice looking car...but I repeat...toned down...

Im getting them from standing right there 3 or 4 feet away from the car itself. Had to take a year abroad from College and choose to spend a year at the Wothersee and wait for the 3 weeks of the car festival!!!

...i thought that would have been pretty obvious considering they've got your water mark!

Take the brand new Fabia R5 rally car, then transfer all the technology into a Fabia Combi body. Possibly the nicest rally car concept in a long time :-O

Almost sure I saw them on toledo in abbeyfeale they other day.

I like the skoda kombi, which probably invalidates any opinion that several of the golfs are pure gick.

I can put a watermark on my photos if i wanted but find it a bit tacky.

When they're professional photos its sort of a given

When I did photo work in college, for a while I didn't put anything on my photos because I felt the same. But after the 20th or so time you see your photo being pinched and claimed as someone else's you lose that thought pretty quick.

On the ball. I'm nothing more than a young fella who lakes taking photo's of cars and getting the odd good shot with preety standard equipment but Ive had plenty of pics used without any thanks that it's as easy now to add it to them all I suppose

I agree with you, all the guys who take nice photos here should watermark them. Not all photos need them though (underground car park at night type photos :P).

If people are complaining too much maybe make it a bit smaller, lighter colours.

No photos but I seen a 2013 Ford Falcon today in Thurles. Second time seeing it over the last couple of weeks.

According to motorcheck its the "GT Supercharged V8" version.. Needless to say I seen it going towards a petrol station! :p

Second last day of Worthersee and it was almost a wash out. Don't think it stopped lashing all day so very few pics as the camera was acting up. Anyway, few highlights which started right away when VW let us common folk in to see their prized possession

    17502615148_427d967bb2_c.jpg

They also had this beauty. Just your typical small family estate packing 300 BHP and 4wd

    17690655311_7a89d403f1_c.jpg

Seat were prouldy showing off their hot estate aswell as publicising their brand new 'Ring record

    17070097293_20365b8835_c.jpg

Skoda had this wee stunner front and centre today. My god I love the look of these new R5 cars and that Skoda green and white livery is fantastic
