Grrr... I've fallen off the wagon.

After more than a month with zero carbs, zero sugar, zero alcohol and zero caffeine, I just fell off the wagon for an icepop, some chicken goujons and garlic bread. Fudge. Right now I'm just like GIVE ME THE GARLIC BREAD, but I know later I'll regret it. Gah! Ahwell, sure I was going to have to break it for EP anyhows. Gah!

I suddenly feel inadequate in the kitchen.

ditto. zumba dvds, zumba classes, no wine (*sob*) no fatty foods, take out etc. this is going to hurt.

    evening by the way.

back in a min *scurries off to find a frying pan and chop some veggies*

I'm sure you don't, us women have a tendency to say we need to lose weight when it's really just a few pounds.

plenty of walking will do the trick.

urgh i HATE walking. i cannot understand the point of it. obviously if you need to get from point A to point B it makes sense, but walking just to walk. no thank you. so as a weight loss activity it ranks pretty bad for me

I love to walk, enjoy the fresh air. I have to walk my dogs.
walking is good for all round exercise, toning etc.

ah now yes i love to walk my dogs, i love to see them get enjoyment out of it and play with them. but if i was just to walk on my own in a 'you better get and get some exercise in' i don't think i would be able to motivate myself more often than not

I don't do the power walking but I like a quick walk. I like to feel it was worth while. Can't be arsed with strolling along.

It was good....I think  Feckin' sambucha :( I crawled in the door at about 5 this morning....woke up at 12 and felt like id been hit by a truck, it really wasn't pleasant. Loads of people ditched to go to that fibbers foam party, not impressed!

And I got a bit..... text happy last night... No one took my phone off me :(:( Oh the shame!

But on the plus side, there's a pizza winging its way to me as we speak. Pizza cures all ailments!

Yay, exercise talk! And for once I'm not being sarcastic ;)

I'm just in from a run and then did some weights/pilates things in the sitting room. I'm on Operation Lose a stone/a few inches all over/get fitter....the title of the Operation needs work, I'll admit :P
