Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Don't hate going back, it's just always a bit of a drag going back to work after a few days off don't ya think? Especially when you don't know what you're walking back into. :pac:

    Nah didn't do anything because I didn't think I'd have the week off. It's hard to explain, I was meant to be leaving last week so was rushing to tie up loose ends, so that meant postponing a number of leave days.

    But I actually got my contract renewed (had to do another interview for the same role) so my boss just said take your leave days due as a week off and start on your new contract on Nov 1st.

    So yeah, sorry for the long spiel. Long story short they I didn't anticipate having a week off so had nothing planned. :(

    That's good news about the job. I hope you got a pay increase.
    It's hard going back after holidays but I get fed up at home, miss the interaction with other people.

    I like me time as well but even I get bored of me after a week:D

    Finding a scared kitten on the street wasn't a highlight of my night.

    Trying to look after it is fun enough. Still not sure if it's a stray or just lost.

    Yeah, that's the plan for now. Got it in a box with a blanket.
    Seems to be relaxing a bit. Knocked into a few houses nearby to see if anyone knew about it but no joy.

    Especially at this time of year, animals often get scared of bangers; kids arriving at door with costumes / making noise.

    May just have made a bolt for it. :(
