    How rude is it to tell a professor to button it when at a drinks reception?

    I should be packing things and buying beer for the weekend but instead I'm out drinking.

    Things may get ugly tomorrow morning.

    The conference organiser was shooing us out of the hall at the end, and I told him to hang on while I necked my wine :o I kind of know him anyway, I've worked with him before, so it was ok.....ish.

    It can't have brains and pandas. Conferences have strict rules about this sort of thing. Either neuroimaging data, or cute fluffy animals, but definitely not both.

    My ickle cousin had her debs today, so after i was sent on a nappy and doody run my aunt force fed me vodka all night.

    As you can i imagine i put up quite the struggle....
