    Sniff a bit of olbas oil. I find it can even calms me when getting anxious and also helps with headaches too.

    Hmm.. we have a very laissez faire dress code at work - but my new year's resolution was to always turn up clean shaven. I have stuck to it, and feel good about it! Not so much the shaving itself, more the bit of discipline & routine.

    Which look do you prefer?

    Ya see I can't really grow a full beard so am very self conscious about being unshaved however shaving really irritates my skin. If I could I'd grow a big grizzly fucker.

    Why doesn't God allow me a decent beard?

    I don't know! I have the same problem myself. I use an electric razor during the week, I find it easier on the skin, Then at the weekend , hot water , wet shave, moisturiser ....works for me!

    What do you like to do at weekends?

    I dunno to be honest. I haven't drank in a while however I do have a bottle of vodka in the fridge so I might polish the bottle off if bored.
